Cake Tasting & Consultation
Crème de la Crème offers scheduled one on one appointments. You will need to schedule your appointment on our website under the SCHEDULE AN APPOITMENT link on the home page. You will be able to see all the remaining available dates and times. Consultations are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Crème de la Crème charges $50.00 to schedule an hour long design meeting and tasting, you will be charged at the time of scheduling the appointment. The tasting includes a tasting board with 9 of our most popular flavors. Please be aware that lead times for meetings run about 6 weeks out. Please plan accordingly.
If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, we are happy to move your appointment for you. Please call or email to confirm new date and time. Crème de la Crème will honor two reschedules. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the $50.00 is non-refundable. For all No Shows, the $50.00 is forfeited. We do not do tasting and consultations for our signature cakes.
After booking with Crème de la Crème, we offer one complimentary final tasting and design meeting 6 to 8 weeks prior to your event date. At this time, you can either request 2 flavors of your choosing or we will provide the tasting board at no additional charge. If you request additional flavors or treats we do charge you per item. If you choose to do both the request and the tasting board, you will be charged by the slice ($5.00) for the requested flavors. Please come prepared to make ALL final design decisions at this meeting. Please come to this meeting with hard copies of your reference pictures, ribbon, rhinestones, any non-edible items, and items that pertain to your design. At this meeting, you will be deciding all the elements of your cakes. The only outstanding item will be final numbers due 3 weeks prior to the event.
* Any additional design meetings above and beyond the First and Final consultations will require an additional $50.00 consultation fee, added to your final payment.
