How to Accept Your Cake Booking with
Creme De La Creme Cake Company

Once you have placed your deposit with Creme De La Creme Cake Company, you will receive an email including an online contract and some basic information about your cake order.  If you are uncertain about how to proceed once you open your email, the steps below are for you!

Step 1: Click on the link at the bottom of the email. If the link is currently not working for you, use the web address included to copy and paste into your internet browser window. This will bring you to your online Client Area.

Step 2: Here you will see a copy of the email you recieved, click continue. You will now click select, to choose the $200 booking deposit option. If there is another total listed here, it is likely because you will not be coming back in for a Final Appointment and all of your completed cake details have been entered in. Any payments you have already made will not show on this specific page, but later on. Don't worry. 

Step 3: Fill out any information left blank about your contact information, your fiance's contact information, your venue, etc. You can always edit this information later on, but remember that the * means that section is required to be filled out.

Step 4: This page will show you what information we have for your Cake Invoice, any Payments you have already made, and your Contract. You must sign the Contract in order to complete your booking with Creme De La Creme Cake Company. If you have any questions about the contract, please call us at 817-492-8888 or email at info@cremedelacremecakecompany.com. Please do not decline the proposal without clarifying any uncertain information.

Once you sign the Contract, you're done! You will be given a security code for when you choose to access your Client Area later on, but no worries if you forget it, we can always send you new link and security code.
