I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to attend the final meeting for my cake 8-10 weeks prior to my event date. If I choose to not attend or cancel that meeting, Creme De La Creme cannot be responsible for any changes that they are not aware of (you will need to sign a waiver). Please be aware that in between your first and last meeting our designers meet with hundresd of other brides, therefore Creme De La Creme finds it imperative to do a final meeting to refresh, resketch, and finalize all small and large details.

I acknowledge that Final Payment is due 2 weeks before my wedding date, and if payment has not been received, by said date, Creme De La Creme will not proceed with my Wedding Cake order. We accept credit, cash, or checks up until the two weeks. We do not accept checks or credit the day of.

I acknowledge that I will provide all final items (ribbon, color swatches, reference pictures, paper for boards, silk flowers, non-edible items, etc. {fresh flowers are to be provided and ready at the venue}) no later than TWO weeks prior to my wedding date. If items have not been provided by the deadline, Creme De La Creme will proceed without my items to the best of their ability. RIBBONS, RHINESTONES, OR OTHER BANDINGS ARE ATTACHED WITH PEARL PINS WHICH MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO CAKE SERVICE

I acknowledge that in the event that I choose to provide a cake stand, cake topper, or flowers for my cake, they must be at my venue a minimum of 2 hours prior to guest arrival time. If Creme De La Creme delivers my cake within the recommended two hour window, and any or all items are not present, the cake will go on a back up board, and other items will be my responsibility to place. TOPPERS MUST HAVE SKEWERS IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON CAKES.

I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to check my online contract to ensure accuracy of all detail. (Go to cremedelacremecakecompany.com and click on Client Contracts in the header menu. Click on the pink button and enter your last name as your passcode.) I do understand that the cake details (flavors, styles, sizes, etc.) stated in my online contract will supersede any verbal or other written communications. If it is not in the online contract, it will not be on the cake. If changes to this contract are needed, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify Creme De La Creme, in writing, of any changes and double check the contract afterward to verify the update.

I understand that Creme De La Creme is not responsible for damage to cakes resulting from environment factors such as sitting outside, a hot room due to a venue's lack of air conditioning or damage from client-transported cakes, cake toppers, or any non-edible, client-provided items.

I acknowledge that pricing given at initial consultations, open house, in e-mail, or on a walk-in basis are estimates. Quotes will be secured at the final meeting along with the final details of the cake. Pricing is subject to change based on details of the contract.

As a gift from Creme De La Creme, to the bride and groom, any contract with a hundred of more servings will receive their top tier of cake servings for free, to use as the traditional saved anniversary cake. This cake will be boxed separately at delivery, and the top tier of the display cake will be faux, unless otherwise noted on the online contract. However, if you do not wish to save the cake from your wedding day, we will be more than happy to make a replica of your top tier for a $50 flat fee charge. The order must be placed no later than the Tuesday prior to your anniversary. A photo of your cake must also be emailed or brought in by the Tuesday prior for reference.

I acknowledge that Creme De La Creme does not delivery outside of a 25 mile radius from their shop, unless my grand total (without delivery charge) is equal to or greater than $1500.

I acknowledge that if my wedding falls on a holiday, I am required to pay a holiday delivery fee $200. (Holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Fourth of July.)

A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE DATE. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED. FOR DATE CHANGES, THE DEPOSIT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO YOUR NEW DATE ONLY IF BOTH THE DATE YOU ARE MOVING FROM AND THE DATE YOU ARE RESCHEDULING TO ARE NOT BOOKED. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE, STORE CREDIT ONLY.
